Fertilizer / Weed control
We have perfected our fertilizer / weed control applications, to provide your lawn with the best nutrients. This helps keep your lawn looking lush and healthy.
Our 4 Application plan consists of:
1. Pre and post Emergent crabgrass control.
2. High nitrogen Fertilizer and weed control.
3. Fertilizer and Weed control mixed with post crabgrass.
4. Winter Fertilizer & Weed control
Unlike other companies we apply only the highest quality products to ensure you have the best looking lawn, while also knowing your lawn is happy and healthy.
We are certified with the state of MN, and also keep up with current education through the MN dept of agriculture. We always apply when it is safe to do so.
(not too early in the spring, rain, wind, high temperatures)
We always clean off driveways, streets, and sidewalks to eliminate waste going into our beautiful lakes and streams as well.
Aeration / Overseeding
Soil Amendment
Aeration and overseeding is one of the best things you can do for your lawn. Aeration pulls plugs from the turf to allow water, seed, and nutrients to the roots of the lawn, creating a stronger root system.
We pull plugs about 2" in depth to provide maximum effectiveness. We then apply 4-5 pounds of seed per 1000 Sqft.
We then apply a soil amendment providing an extra boost in soil health. Afterall your lawn is only as good as your soil.
Another thing that sets us apart from others is that we clean our aerator in-between EVERY job. Eliminating any chances of diseases or grubs to travel from lawn to lawn. Grubs love hiding in aerators circled below.

Dethatching
We take heavy duty rakes to your lawn and rake out all of the thatch in your lawn. Then we vacuum the lawn to make sure we got all of the thatch. Some Thach is good for your lawn, organic compost, but too much can choke out new growth, preventing a thicker, healthier lawn.

Specialty lawn Maintenance
Not every yard is created equal. Some yards require some extra help. Here are some of the extra lawn maintenance services we offer.
Grub Control.
Grubs can cause a lot of hidden damage to your lawn. Grubs main food source are the roots in your lawn. Causing your lawn to turn yellow in spots, due to no water access. If you have mole issues it's also likely you have grubs, as moles main food source are grubs.
Lawn Diagnostics.
If something really weird is going on with your lawn, we can come out and take samples. We then send the samples out to a lab to get tested. When the Lab provides a diagnostic report of your lawn. We can come up with a plan that best suits your lawn to help turn it lush and healthy.
